1. Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy describes how EdExplore Global (Pvt) Ltd. handles personal information in connection with our website, education enquiries, consultations, applications and events. It also explains how to contact us about your information.

It applies to information handled by EdExplore. Institutions, government authorities and external platforms may issue their own notices for information they process independently. Reading this policy or browsing the website is not, on its own, consent to unrelated marketing.

2. Information you share and website data

  • Enquiries and bookings: your name, email, phone number, location, study interests and the information you choose to put in a message or registration form.
  • Requested application support: relevant education history, qualifications and supporting documents. Identity, financial or other sensitive documents should only be provided when necessary for an agreed service and through a channel confirmed by our team.
  • Our communications: correspondence, appointment details and records needed to understand and respond to your request.
  • Technical information: hosting and external services may process connection information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs when you access them.

Please avoid including passport copies, banking details or unrelated sensitive information in a general enquiry or event registration.

3. Why information is used

We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange consultations, administer registrations, discuss study options and carry out support you request. Relevant records may also be needed to manage service agreements, address complaints, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.

Where applicable law requires a basis for processing, that basis may include steps requested before an agreement, performance of an agreement, a legal obligation, an appropriate legitimate interest or your consent. The basis depends on the activity; we will explain it when needed. Optional promotional contact should be distinguished from messages needed to handle your enquiry or booking. You can ask us to stop promotional messages.

4. Forms, email and messaging

The Contact page prepares a message in your email application. Its button does not itself send the enquiry to EdExplore; you decide whether to send the prepared email.

Some registration forms are provided through Google Forms. When you submit one, Google processes the response and makes it available to the form's authorised administrators. Responses may be organised in a connected spreadsheet. Loading an embedded form also connects your browser to Google, even before you submit. See Google's Privacy Policy for its handling of account and technical information.

If you contact us through WhatsApp, social media or email, the relevant provider also handles the communication under its own policies. You may contact us directly if an embedded form is unavailable or you prefer another enquiry method.

5. Service providers and other recipients

Information may need to be handled by team members and providers supporting communications, hosting, record management or an agreed service. A requested application or referral may require relevant information to be provided to an institution, professional adviser or authority. The recipients and information needed depend on the assistance you request; ask our team if you need clarification before sharing documents.

A general enquiry or event registration is not blanket permission to circulate your records to every partner. Any additional use or sharing must have an appropriate basis and any consent required by law. Information may also need to be disclosed in response to a lawful request or to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

6. International handling

Study-abroad services can involve overseas institutions and advisers. Online providers may also process information outside your home country. Applicable protections can differ between countries. Where international processing is necessary, relevant legal requirements and appropriate safeguards must be considered; contact us about the destination and handling of a particular application.

7. Browser storage and external tools

This website uses browser session storage for interface behaviour, including page transitions and event-invitation display. These settings do not contain your registration answers. Your browser's controls allow you to manage stored website data; restoring a session may also restore its settings.

Embedded services can use their own cookies or similar technologies under their notices and your browser settings. Blocking them may affect forms. External links to maps or social platforms take you to those providers. If we introduce additional analytics or advertising tools, the relevant notice and any required choices should be provided before they are used.

8. Keeping and protecting records

Records should be kept for the time needed for the purpose for which they were collected, including ongoing services, required legal records or unresolved disputes. There is no single period suitable for every category of information. Contact us to ask about retention of a particular record or request its deletion.

Personal information requires appropriate access controls and safeguards for its sensitivity and use. No online service can promise absolute security. Please contact us promptly if you believe information sent to EdExplore has been exposed or misused, and do not send passwords through enquiry forms.

9. Your requests and younger students

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a concern about its use. Depending on applicable law, other rights may include restricting or objecting to processing, receiving a copy or withdrawing consent. Withdrawing consent does not undo lawful processing already carried out, and some records may need to be retained.

We may need proportionate information to verify a requester's identity or authority. Where applicable, you can also raise concerns with a competent data-protection authority.

Students under 18 should involve a parent or guardian before providing application documents or entering a service arrangement. Parents or guardians can contact us about information supplied by a child. We will handle such requests in light of the student's circumstances and applicable law.

10. Contact and policy updates

Contact our team for privacy questions, data requests or to stop promotional contact. Describe the enquiry, registration or service concerned so we can locate the relevant information.
