1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions explain the basis on which you may use edexploreglobal.com and request support from EdExplore Global (Pvt) Ltd. (EdExplore, we or us). Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

Using this website does not, by itself, appoint us as your representative or create a paid service agreement. Where you engage us for a particular service, its written scope, charges and other agreed conditions also apply. Mandatory legal protections remain unaffected.

2. Education guidance and independent decisions

Our services may include study planning, programme and institution selection, application assistance, study-permit preparation, pre-departure guidance and coordination with educational institutions. The assistance available depends on your circumstances and the scope we agree with you.

Universities, scholarship providers and government authorities make their own decisions. We cannot promise an offer, scholarship, visa, employment opportunity or immigration outcome. General information on this website is not a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional where legal or regulated advice is needed.

3. Your information and responsibilities

Please provide accurate information, genuine documents and timely responses. You remain responsible for reviewing applications and statements submitted in your name and for meeting the requirements and deadlines that apply to you.

Do not send another person's information without the authority to do so. If you are under 18, involve a parent or guardian before entering a service agreement or sharing application documents. Never submit false qualifications, misleading financial evidence or altered official records.

4. Fees, payments and cancellation

Request a written explanation of the relevant service, charges and cancellation or refund conditions before making a payment. An enquiry or event registration does not automatically authorise a charge.

Institutional fees, visa charges, travel costs and other third-party expenses are governed by the relevant provider's terms. Any EdExplore fee or refund entitlement depends on the written terms agreed for that service and applicable law. A decision by a university or authority does not itself establish whether a payment is refundable.

5. Appointments and events

Details of consultations and events are provided on the relevant invitation or booking information. Registration expresses your intention to participate; where confirmation is required, follow the instructions provided by our team.

Schedules, speakers, venues and availability may change. Check the latest information before travelling and contact us if you need clarification. Attending an event does not constitute a university application or guarantee a place at an institution.

6. Responsible website use

You may use our public pages for your personal research and enquiries. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the website, upload malicious material, impersonate another person or use our forms to send unsolicited messages.

EdExplore's original website materials and branding, together with materials supplied by their respective owners, are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Contact us before reproducing material for commercial use. University names and logos remain the property of their owners; their display is not a guarantee of admission or an endorsement of every service.

7. External information and services

Course details, costs, entry criteria and immigration requirements can change. Confirm important information with the institution or authority concerned before committing to an application, payment or travel arrangement.

Links, embedded forms, messaging platforms and third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability or decisions. Our responsibility for assistance we agree to provide is not removed simply because a third party is involved.

8. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep this website useful and accurate, but pages may contain errors or become unavailable. Please report a problem so that we can investigate it. We may restrict misuse or temporarily interrupt access for maintenance or security.

Responsibility for any loss depends on the circumstances, the service agreement and applicable law. We do not accept responsibility for independent decisions made by institutions or authorities. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Updates and resolving concerns

The date on this page identifies the latest revision. Changes to these website terms do not automatically rewrite an existing service agreement; any change to that agreement must follow its agreed process.

Please contact us first with the details of a concern so we can try to resolve it. These terms are governed by Sri Lankan law, subject to any mandatory protections and rights to seek a remedy that apply in your location. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the competent courts may determine it.
